About Us

Hello everyone! My name is Cindy and I'm currently an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania studying Computer Science and Finance.

Growing up by the sea, my deep affinity for the ocean and our planet has always been a driving force in my life. With a strong passion in environmental science, I conducted a research on methylmercury contamination in seafood in summer 2021. Through this research, I become increasingly aware of the fragility of the Earth. As a doer and go-getter, I founded Fresh and Healthy, a non-profit organization. Our primary mission is to foster awareness about methylmercury contamination in seafood, empowering individuals to make informed and responsible seafood choices. Equally significant, our organization is committed to elevating global consciousness regarding the importance of protecting our planet.

Join us in our mission to protect the Earth and make wiser seafood choices. Together, we can make a difference.
